The police comes there and Fred rescues Shaggy and Scooby from their wax coating. The plan doesn't go quite as planned but the Wax Phantom gets trapped together with Shaggy and Scooby. After being chased once again by the ruthless phantom the gang decides to trap him in wax. The Wax Phantom is attempting to turn Shaggy and Scooby into wax dummies but Daphne stops him. The rest of the gang finds a bag with all the money stolen from the TV station and a way out from the empty room. Shaggy and Scooby gets chased and captured by the Wax Phantom. Fred, Daphne and Velma continues but falls down a trap door and land in a completely empty room, now trapped. The gang starts looking for more clues but Shaggy and Scooby runs away to a dining table with food on it. Velma notices an airline ticket on the floor that goes to South America. At the museum they eventuelly reuintes with Fred and Daphne after being chased by the Wax Phantom. Grisby and goes to the wax museum to catch up with Fred and Daphne. They get away from the house quite frightened by Mr. He tells them about how he created the Wax Phantom to get revenge on the station. Grisby and with Fred and Daphne going to the wax museum. Outside the building the gang splits up with Velma, Shaggy and Scooby going to Mr. They all then notices that Roger Stevens is gone and they see that the safe in Johnny's office is opened and that all the money is gone. He explains all about the Wax Phantom and how he has threatened the station. Velma thinks it's just a publicity stunt but Johnny says it's not. The gang goes to Johnny's back office and sees it completely vandalized and Johnny bound to a chair. The stage is trashed and both Johnny Sands and Roger Stevens are gone. The lights go out again but quickly comes back. But then the lights go out and the Wax Phantom appears on stage with a ghastly glow surrounding him. Roger Stevens stands beside the rest of the gang and says that Shaggy and Scooby's dance is original. Johnny Sands then calls up Shaggy and Scooby on to the stage to dance. In the beginning of the episode Fred and Daphne are dancing together on the Johnny Sands Dance Game Show produced by KLMN. Making people believe that Grisby's magic worked. Roger knew that Grisby just said en empty threat but he used that to his advantage when he took the disguise of the Wax Phantom. Grisby and Grisby swore that he would be avenged, by creating the Wax Phantom with black magic. So Roger Stevens took the disguise of the Wax Phantom, a persona which was created by his former wax figure maker Mr. He wanted to steal money from the TV Station and fly away to South America with it. Roger Stevens is the manager of the TV station KLMN. The Wax Phantom was voiced by late Michael Stull, and Roger Stevens was voiced by late Don Messick.
